Technical Support
Today, your network no longer just supports your business – it drives your business.
If your network is down, so is your business …minor errors can have major consequences.
At Initas we understand you have no time for downtime. Our support services free
up your internal resources to focus on programmes that are critical to your
business… you do what you do best … run your business – while we do what we
do best…take care of your network.
We have invested a great deal in training our
Technical Support Engineers and Software Developers
to enable them to provide the highest caliber of
professional after-sales support.
Our unwavering commitment to customers is to present
them with the product, solution, support, and after
sales support that is required. At Initas, we offer
and implement the necessary training to staff
members nominated by customers, while providing
appropriate counsel and guidance when and where
required.
We categorise our support service offerings under two headings: Maintain and Monitor.
Maintain includes traditional break-fix support such as troubleshooting
and incident restoration within agreed service levels. Many of our clients
opt into our value-added network maintenance service, Uptime,
which minimises downtime through delivering faster network restoration and
reducing overheads, while also giving you the flexibility of base or
customised Service Level Agreements.
Monitor provides real-time pro-active network monitoring ensuring that
every component and aspect of your IT environment is constantly scrutinised
for performance, availability and reliability. Diagnostics define the root
cause of the incident – our vendor access assists in rapid problem
identification and resolution. In short – if there’s any threat of a
component failing, it’s detected immediately – or, in some cases, even before
failure occurs. The result: your technology environment is more robust and reliable.
